Mascoma Street
The rebirth of a 1970′s classic.
A popular design of house in its day, Renovation One was able to add three levels to the rear of this home and create a home to suit a growing family’s needs. Set on a sloping block the client requested that his garage be constructed to a certain size and the rest of the house be built above. With three levels of new construction we were able to add three additional bedrooms, a retreat, bathroom and powder room as well as a new laundry and study.
