This double-front Victorian had been stripped of its period features decades ago, yet our clients still saw tremendous potential in the home with its external grandeur, large high-side block and plenty of room to expand.

The impressive land size gave us all tremendous scope to explore a range of extension options, however, due to the property’s significant slope we had to allow for a large site cut at the rear.

Retaining its period poise at the front, the home’s extension is pure cutting-edge design and luxury – all wrapped in stylish Weathertex Weathergroove cladding.
