Wheatland Road
The Maisonette.
This maisonette was one of the first projects completed at Renovation One. A tight site with an attached wall proved to be a challenge we would see on numerous projects in the future. The extension steps down from the front of the house and opened onto a rear deck with bi-fold doors, with a mix of period fretwork and modern fittings this project complements both the new and the old.

- Polished Victorian Ash floorboards.
- Vinyl wrap kitchen cabinets with shaker style doors.
- Bi-fold doors onto merbeau deck.
