Renovation One transformed this heritage listed property with a modern extension at the rear whilst maintaining the 100 year old front facade with the subtle addition of an open side carport. This delivered not just an extension to our client but a complete renovated home incorporating a more self-sufficient house in summer and winter. Large painted glass panels within the shower enclosures and kitchen create a seamless eye catching finish on the walls whilst the floorboards were relaid throughout with 180×22 select grade brushbox.
