A single fronted original Victorian restored, extended with studio added in Victoria Park.

The original facade and front bedrooms of this 1920 weatherboard were retained and restored whilst adding a substantial extension and separate studio double garage at the rear.

The client selected Renovation One for their proven attention to detail. This is particularly demonstrated in the way that Renovation One has rebuilt the front existing bedrooms and seamlessly integrated them with the large extension at the rear.

A new spiral staircase accessed from the Travertine paved courtyard provides entry to the rear studio above the garage. This studio forms an impressive backdrop to the new open planned kitchen and living area. The use of clinker brickwork and red oxide in the studio and bluestone plinth in the garage highlight an innovative approach emphasising that this space is more than just a garage.
