Stars and Stripes.

Originally built in 1906, this unique Edwardian home enabled Renovation One to deliver a meticulously detailed finish to our American client and architect Richard Wilson’s highly detailed specification. With the facade and front bedrooms remaining, a complete rebuild at the rear of the home was built over three levels. This home features a blend of period features but with a modern touch. This is evident in the kitchen, a hand picked marble bench-top finished with a shark nose edging profile, Tasmanian Myrtle veneer complements the modern gloss vinyl overheads. We take pride in our personal touch at Renovation One, complete with our cheeky message at handover on the client’s chalkboard.

The project features;

  • Paarhammer windows.
  • Hydronic heating by the exceptional Terry Wyatt.
  • Carico marble kitchen bench top.
  • Terrazzo tiles.
  • LED downlights.
  • Blackbutt timber flooring
