When we decided to extend our home, we included Renovation One in the tender process because of a positive recommendation from a friend. Sean’s quotation was very reasonably priced. Our extension included many environmental sustainability features that required extra attention to detail.

Sean and his staff were always professional, courteous and patient. Sean worked closely with our architect and closely managed a wide variety of specialist sub contractors to achieve the desired outcome. He communicated regularly and effectively with us as to the status of the project, and worked to resolve questions regarding details of the design & fit-out in a timely manner.

The building was delivered on time with consistently good quality of workmanship. Sean and his team continued to work to resolve minor issues in a reasonable time frame after the completion of the build.

The final result is a home we’re delighted with. We’d willingly recommend Sean to others and would use Renovation One again ourselves if the need arose.
