We had the pleasure of engaging Sean and his team at Renovation One to build our dream home. From the outset,  Sean was easy to work with. He has an open and clear communication style. Renovation One’s use of an online communication portal meant discussion, progress and tasks between Sean, our architect and us was clear and easy to track.

We found the guys on site were easy to work with. They were happy to involve us in the build and very professional; yet could have a laugh. We felt that they were considerate of our neighbours too. Thank you to Mick our site Foreman, Luke, Billy and Jack.

Sean always approached each problem with a positive, solution focused attitude which should be a must for a builder but often not seen.  He was across all the details of the build, and kept good relations and communication with our architect. He delivered us an outstanding home. The details are all there and it’s an absolute pleasure to live in. The help, communication and attention continues post-handover, through the defects period and beyond.  I would not hesitate to recommend Renovation One, and would happily  work with them again in the future; but we are unlikely to want to leave this home.
