We undertook a renovation in 2013 with Sean Kiley and the Renovation One team to extend our single story family home in Aberfeldie. The whole process of building and renovating was entirely new to us and something we approached with some trepidation , having heard the many possible stories of things that can go wrong. Upon meeting with Sean any fears we had were quickly dispelled as it became clear to us that through his genuine, professional approach and obvious extensive knowledge in the industry, we were in good hands.

At every step of the process Sean and his team kept us informed of progress, offering practical suggestions along the way that were communicated in an easy manner that made the whole renovation process one that we thoroughly enjoyed.

The workmanship demonstrated by Sean’s team was second to none and every stage of the process was delivered to a high quality and on time. After moving into the property we couldn’t be happier with the end result and highly recommend Sean Kiley and the Renovation One team to anyone contemplating a building or renovation project.
