Renovation One was recommended to us by our architect, who had worked with Sean on his previous project. We renovated our Art Deco weatherboard house and added a modern extension.

Not only did Sean keep things ticking over during the Covid-19 restrictions in 2020 but the house was completed ahead of schedule. This speaks volumes about his management skills and the team’s dedication.

Sean’s communication was excellent throughout the build. We could track the progress using the project management software, which was regularly updated.

We have been impressed by the attention to detail and the quality of the finish, in addition to the follow up once the house was handed over.
