We spent years planning our Victorian era renovation and modern extension; we considered many different construction options and layout options. So when it came time to construct we were looking for a builder who we could rely on to deliver our vision. Three local builders quoted and whilst Renovation One wasn’t the cheapest, we chose Sean because he was positive, engaged, energetic and driven and we felt confident he would take charge of the project and deliver, we were not disappointed.

Throughout the build Sean was personable and professional and communicated with us to clarify details and worked with us to resolve issues throughout construction. Works progressed continuously (even through summer) and Sean delivered as promised despite a two month delay in our provision of permitted drawings and COVID-19 impacts.

Sean and his friendly team of craftsmen worked with our pool and heating/cooling contractors to deliver a beautifully crafted and finished home which we are thrilled with. We would be happy to recommend Renovation One to all.
