Most renovation stories you hear sound like nightmares, ours however, was a dream. Sean from Renovation One, took our ideas, turned them into a vision, then along with his expert team turned them into a reality that exceed our expectations.

We can’t recommend Renovation One highly enough. They have recently completed our renovation in Strathmore, which consisted of a full addition of a second storey, plus fully restructuring and opening up of our existing ground level. This included a brand new kitchen, new floorboards throughout as well as a new bathroom. This whole project was completed immaculately in under 6 months!

Attention to detail as well as consistent open communication, are what we believe made this renovation so successful. Sean would not hesitate to talk us though our options, his recommendations and the best way forward on design, construction and all the other details. He would even at times foresee any problems and already have a solution ready to go, and in the end, these ideas made the final result even better. His experience and knowledge in the industry proved to be invaluable.

Always on time, friendly yet professional and above all else extremely honest and reliable. All the things you would look for in a builder! To top it all off the quality and workmanship by both Sean and his team is second to none. We are beyond happy with the final result and will continue to recommend Renovation One to anyone needing any building work done.
