A view and build with a difference.

Set on a sloping block from back to front Renovation One encountered solid granite in the soil as we undertook this excavation. This only made the home stronger as we never take short cuts on a footing design, especially here where the client requested three levels of luxury living. Two kitchens on separate floors, both with glass splashbacks and an external BBQ cooking area make this home a real entertainer. The curved jarrah staircase leading to the upper floor creates a sense of grandeur befitting the size and style of this house.  This is complimented with the four Juliette balconies at the front. City View Drive was also a nominee for the 2010 best custom home under $800,000 at the Master Builder Awards.

The project features;

  • Floor to ceiling porcelain tiles.
  • Caesarstone benchtops with LED lights.
