Renovation One transformed this 1970′s traditional brick veneer home into a stunning modern residence.

The new  modern kitchen and bathrooms all feature Caesarstone benchtops which highlights the dazzling transformation on the ground floor along with the removal of the existing living room tiles by replacing them with polish hardwood. Renovation One removed the existing roof structure and created a spacious new upstairs living area within the footprint of the home through innovative alterations to the ground floor layout. The facade was dramatically redesigned with the inclusion of the purpose built balcony that created brilliant views over the city.
