Glenpurrrrfect. All shapes and sizes.

After demolishing the previous 1950’s residence, this modern two story home was built on an unusual triangular shaped block. The external façade of the home is defined by the unique Petersen bricks imported from Denmark. The striking angular shaped architecture of this home emphasises the modern sharp look the client was seeking. The feature Peterson bricks are also continued internally to further highlight the spacious entry.

Polished concrete was used in the entry porch and hallway and continues seamlessly into the powder room and through to the stepdown of the living and kitchen. Here the floor surface changes to engineered Oak Floor Boards. Three metre ceiling and high level commercial windows accentuate the spacious feel of this area of the home.

The kitchen features a combination of sprayed cabinetry, stainless steel, marble and blackboard, which combine perfectly to form a functional space overlooking the Black Butt decking at the rear of the home.

The upper level of the home incorporates the clever use of external louvres over the north facing windows which allow an abundant amount of light into the retreat. The bathroom and ensuite both feature full height tile and mirror cabinets.
